Best way to save comments on your PC?

Hi,
I am looking in a easy way to save comments on my PC.
I want to save them either in word or as pdf but keep the format and brackground.
Problem is the comments I mean are very very very long (3-4 monitor scroll pages).
Any suggestions in how to do that?

Depends, you could either just copy and paste them if you wanted them in a text format but you could also use the Snipping Tool if you wanted to keep them as images.

paste the pages on microsoft word 2010 or later.
save as word and/or pdf

publish in the format you like.

he cannot do simple copy and paste because he prefers including the background.
simple copy and paste usually includes text only, afaik.

making the text blue, right click, copy, and then right click and paste in word should work.

you can also use google docs. that way they're in the cloud. so no storage is being used and you can't lose them. i prefer docs over word anytime myself. but that's also because that's what i'm used to.

if you want to use the background you can use in browser screenshot tools and make multiple screenshots or save the complete webpage and cut out the comment in a free tool like pixlr.

Easy and best are relative. You could get a program that records video, then run it as you scroll the document. It might be prudent to consider copyright and crediting information if you do.
