Adult visual novel on top seller list
I kinda predicted a decade ago that porn games will be best sellers once big platforms like steam start to distribute them.

I'm pretty much anti censorship so I believe that there should eventually be no restrictions on content no matter how sexual or gorey they are.

Visual novels modified from Japanese to English, lose much more than dub. They are all censored, most of them heavily at that, too... One i got years ago, it even had a real weapons gallery locked out of the game (models and names). Guns are forbidden, cute things are forbidden; English translation, GTFO!

Sounds like Captain Morgan should be aging his spiced rum instead of his info about the VN loc industry in the west, which has gone decidedly in the direction of openly releasing 18+ stuff in recent years.

Though to be fair he didn't specifically mention 18+ stuff...but he did mention guns, which are far more heavily regulated in Japan than in the US anyway, though I'm curious what it is that he says he bought years ago.

He also mentioned "cute things", which...if the sheer number of complaints about "anime games" on Steam in recent years means anything, it means that he's got that part entirely upside-down.
