How to make images un-searchable?

At few times a week people from online games keep reverse searching my images to find my personal profiles such as facebook and instagram, and Im getting really tired of it. I spent the last 2 hours trying to find out how to make them un-searchable and the only thing I could make out was removing hex data or something from the image. Can someone please help me so I can get these creeps off my profiles?
