Best setting for my monitor?
I have a Samsung 28" 4K 28AG702 144hz Gsync gamining monitor and I am really happy with it and it looks neat

But I dont know much about hardware and stuff like this so I was curious if anyone have any recommendation for monitor settings when it comes to black equalizer, colour saturation, picture mode (theres so many to choose from, from cinema to sRGB to FPS to AOS to RTS to dynamic contrast, to much much more), colour values, brightness, contrast , sharpness etc.

I was running the FPS mode for awhile and I cranked up the colour saturation to 90 for that pop effect and it looked amazing in overwatch 2 and some other games

But it in games such as Forza horizon 5 , instead of looking like a realistic car sim like it does in sRGB mode, when i play it in FPS mode with 90 saturation it looks more like an arcade game with overly popping colours.

Even with that high saturation the details is not being overshadowed , overpowered or creating a bleeding effect tho.

Either google for Calibrated Color Profiles for your monitor or buy a Monitor Calibration Tool and do it yourself

The settings are there so everyone can find the one he likes. There's no such thing as best for everyone or a random person -- else that would be wired in. And it even varies not just on watched content but what lights you have in the room.

Sp just experiment, save some in custom profiles, at some point you'll get bored and stick with one. :)

I used to go on cnet and look this information up. Each time, whatever was recommended wasn't ideal to me so I stopped doing it.

Kinda the same thing you are asking here. It depends on trial and error. No one can give you YOUR "ideal" settings.

Usually I just calibrate custom profile. Factory profiles are not always that great and often use way too much brightness.
sRGB is supposed to be closest to "real image".
