50HZ vs 60HZ
Hello,
im going to build a computer
i7 4790k
gtx 970
16 ram
now so ive already got a 50hz tv that i got about 2 years ago...
But my freind has offered to give me one of his old monitor which is 60hz but the screen size is 22" compard to my 28" tv.
i prefere 28"
but is there a noticable difference between 60hz and 50hz

Yes there is a noticeable difference. Personally I would probably take your friend's old monitor and try to sell both of them, then use the money to buy a 28" 1080p 60Hz monitor.

They even have them for $160 in the flash sale which is super cheap:

You didnt mention resolution. thats the most important thing.

A 28 inch screen should be at least 1440p to look good at close distance. If it's 1080p or less it will be blurry and not good for pc use, since it's a TV and is designed to be watched from further away.
A 22 inch screen is ok with 1080p.

Also most screens can be overclocked for more hz, some can get more, some less, but all can do it.

I have an 8yr old, 22inch, 60hz monitor that i use as my secondary screen, and i recently overclocked it to 65hz. Can't notice any difference ofc, still looks slow as hell compared to my main 144hz screen, but it works...

Was the TV sold as "HD Ready" or similar? If so, it should support 60Hz too.
