All you are telling us is that you have a 4670K CPU, Windows 10, and some kind of R9 200 series (which tells us nothing).
Are you saying that you are now having poor performance on everything? But you didn't used to?
We need details.
Yes, Source engine games used to run without problem, but has changed a few months ago. I have gone and removed Logitech headset software that apparently began to affect computer performance, but only fixed bad FPS on other games.
Sorry if I'm terrible vague, I never actually asked computer assistance before.

Once installated, run it and click 'validate' and hit 'submit'. It will open your browser and display hardware information (nothing sensitive). Post that link so we can know your specs.
What did you do just before the issue started? Updated? Upgraded OS? Driver install? Software install?
There is no such thing as an R9 200. Post the validation link and we can tell you exactly what you have.
The clock, core count and memory amount will help identify exactly which part you have.

Nothing actually. It started when I noticed my Logitech G930 headset began to somehow "damaging" my computer. Games and videos would be difficult to run when I had was connected, so I ditched the headset and the Logitech software that came with it for a new headset. Almost all my games shown improvement, except for Source games.
As for the specs, I'll post them in just a moment. My computer wants to make this really difficult for me, deciding to crash the CPU-Z and breaking it everytime I open it.

If you are having this much issue just with CPU-Z, I would be willing to bet that your issues span further than just video games.
How long have you had this system, specifically the OS install on the drive?
Also, a headset would not damage your computer.
It almost sounds like you have registry issues or something.
The headset problem most likely would have resonnated from the software, but I long sinced removed that. As for my computer, I had it for around 2 years.

You have a 7970. It showed up on your PC as R9 200 since the 200 series is the same chip rebranded.
I see you have Windows 10. Did these issues perhaps start after upgrading? When you upgraded, did you update all your hardware drivers?
There were no issues after I updated. However, it all immediately started out of no where with the poor performance of games and the glitchy headset problem happening at the same time. I persumed that both of these problems were related to each other. Ever since then, my PC's performance seems to have suffered, mainly on Source games. Perhaps the Logitech software updated without me noticing and somehow affected my computer. I also checked my drivers and saw that they have the latest versions.
Okay, so the issue started when the Logitech software messed up? All your hardware drivers are confirmed up-to-date?
I think my suspicions on a registry error may be correct.
Have you ever used a registy cleaner before?
I have been using CCleaner, as well as removed games I don't play anymore, but it doesn't seem to have much effect.
Even if you have done this before, lets do this right now for testing purposes.
1. Download the latest driver for your GPU. http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+10+-+64 and click on the 3rd download option that says "Crimson Edition 16.1 Hotfix".
2. Download DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller). http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html and click on "Download version 15.7.22".
3. Extract DDU and run the application. It will tell you to reboot into safe mode. Click okay or whatever the accepting selection would be. Your PC will reboot into safe mode automatically.
4. DDU will open automatically once you are fully into Windows in safe mode. Click on the first option, which should say "Clean and restart". Once it is finished, it will reboot.
5. Once you have Windows loaded up again, run the driver installer you downloaded earlier. Make sure you select custom install and make sure everything is selected. We want a clean install of everything.
Also, double check your chipset driver and PCI-E controller driver. They should have rather recent updates as early as October 2015. Device manager will sometimes overlook hardware drivers and claim them to be up-to-date when they are definitely not.
