what psu, brand/model?
My Bios is also up to date.
did u disable it ?
Test the memory modules one at a time.It could also mean the memory sticks are corrupted and need to be replaced.
I mean that would be kind of unfortunate since they are brand new. But also: nothing beeps when I plug in the monitor into the motherboard directly, so that cant be it. Because if that was the case it would beep no matter what, but it ONLY beeps if i plug in the monitor into the graphics card.
I would take it to a qualified PC repair shop. This is unusual indeed.
It literally came from there lol, as I said I didnt build it. And the RAM are clearly working, since I can play games like say Red Dead 2 on cranked up settings without any issue.
Meaning there's a problem with ram.

But it's quite odd that it only happens when you connect your monitor to the graphics card.
Yes, as I said in my post I figured that out, except the RAM is working. So I dont know why it happens and I dont know how to fix it.
I think you should contact the motherboard manufacturer and/or graphics card manufacturer to see if they might know something.
Beginning to sound more a problem with the motherboard.
You don't happen to have a spare graphics cards laying around you could swap with to see if the problem persists?
Otherwise you may need to complain to the shop that assembled it or RMA it.
I do. But im wondering if its really necessary? I mean as mentioned, the entire pc runs perfectly fine. So as long as there are no problems other than beeps at startup, is it really a problem?
Considering if I had a mainboard without a speaker I wouldnt even hear it in the first place.
