i got a PC DELL Inspiron 3847 with a i5 4460
i wanna install in this a gtx 1060 6 gb
can someone help me with what i have to change to make it work?

+1 the current psu is a iffy 300 watt model

Well, he can, if he wants either a computer not working, or hardware damage and a broken computer.

If you have room for it inside the case then it's fine.
But you need to swap out that 300W PSU for sure, Gigabyte G1 GTX 1060 needs one 8-pin (or 6+2 pin) PCI-E power cable from PSU. Generic 300W PSU doesnt have PCI-E power cables for graphics cards and also it doesnt have enough watts and amps to run this card.

Best bet is getting a better ATX Case so you have proper airflow, room for Case Fans as needed. And you'll need a decent ATX Power Supply (like 500W+ Bronze, minimum) with the proper PCIE power connections.
