My Joycons have input lag
So when Steam updated, I saw that Joycons are now supported. I bought a pair and wanted to try them, but they seem to have a very slow delay between the button input and the actual action, in games like Nioh. I have other controllers that don't have this problem (switch pro, dualsense).

I don't know how to reduce this input lag, I don't think this is normal. Please help.

What bluetooth card do you have? And what drivers?
I use a laptop MSI GP76 Leopard 10UG-239FR
My bluetooth is Intel 5.1, the driver version is 22.40.0.2, it's up to date.
get the bt and chipset drivers from the laptop mfg site not windows update
My bluetooth driver is up to date from the manufacturer website.

After some testing, it seems that if I connect the R joycon first then L, then the R will lag.
But if I connect the L first then R, then I don't see any lag (playing Nioh).

Maybe it's the first joycon to connect that have the input lag, or maybe there's an order to connect them, I'm not sure.
