Intel content protection HDCP service
Do i rly need this service on or i can safely disable it?

Yes...

Intel High Definition Content Protection is a type of copy protection to secure audio/video over DP/DVI/HDMI connections. Content that is HDCP-encrypted cannot be played on unauthorized devices, which prevents snooping of the data in the middle as it is being sent.

Just disable it and see if it breaks anything.
Only disable it if you're on a desktop that doesn't use intel for graphics. AMD and Nvidia have their own hdcp protection. Keep it enabled for laptops because they likely use the intel graphics for certain tasks.

on laptops with intel non f cpus, the intel hd is the only thing attached to the displays
the dedicated gpu writes to the intel igpu frame buffer for the intel hd to display

So if i use Intel HD for browsing web and that stuff but Nvidia for games i should disable It?
