Steam dosen't detec usb controller

Hi guys!
I recently bought an esperanza egg102w usb controller and steam dosent detec it but my pc does. I tried re-install the driver several times and disable the game controller setting for non forced but nothing worked. I looked up every possible sulotion at this point and still nothing. Please help !

no it dosent

Not all controllers are compatible with Steam Input.
Can you link the controller's product site? Which Input interface (DInput or XInput) does the controller use?
Open joy.cpl and check under properties if Windows registers any input from the controller.

Unfortunetly i cannot link it i bough it from local shop and the joy.cpl dosent show any input

In JOY.CPL re-configure it. Steam does not see this gamepad by default because its seen as a Generic Joystick; to which these do not show up in Steam, but should be seen by supported games. However it being seen as a Joystick is wrong, re-calibrate it as a Gamepad.
