hello i was wounding if anyone could help me with my graphics card as it isnt up to many of the games i play at the moment or wish to play i have no idea what im looking for or anything about pc specs my card at the moment its an AMD radeon RX vega 11 i know it isnt great

It's not even a videocard, it's an integrated videochip.
A capable one, but still no match for a real one.

It is slightly above a GT 1030 which is a very low entry model mainly for multimedia computers.

my biggest problem is i have no idea about anything like this dont even know what my pc will take so i dont know what im looking for

Then use websites like the aforementioned userbenchmark to compare stuff like CPU and videocards with those in the requirements and your PC.

Keep in mind, unless you have an additional dedicated videocard many more modern games will either lag very hard or not run playable at all.

For an integrated videochip it's very good, but it's still an integrated videochip.

im not even sure if thats the reason my games lag so much a few people have said it will be my card

pubg that can play it but lags some times doesnt run smooth but is okay some times mainly gun fights it lags or when in a car also i wanted to play hell let loose but couldnt run it at all to much lag

Well, both the minimum GTX 960 and the R7 370 are faster than your integrated videochip.
