Help with pc parts

So, I needed a new power supply(400 probably) and Graphics card+ more ram on my desktop so I can start gaming again

Specs right now:
ECS AM3 HT2000 Motherboard(probably)
AMD Athlon II X3 450 3.2 Ghz 3 cores
No graphics Card
4gb ddr3
500 gigs hdd
Kmex PX-350 230w version
Monitor: Samsung Syncmaster T190
That's all

Btw I'm only going to run Valve and old games(NFSU1&2, DUKE NUKEM 3D...)
edit: I'm in a budget, a really small budget, and I live in Brazil, so you know its gonna be fun...

If you can, try to unlock the 4th core on your CPU. (I may be thinking of the Phenoms...)

Try looking for an EVGA, Superflower, or Corsair PSU.

A nice cheap GPU is the GTX 1050 ti.

You can't go higher than that GPU since your CPU is too weak. You can go cheap and buy a Pentium G4560 + 8Gb of DDR4 RAM + a cheap B250 motherboard, but that may be over-budget.

Edit: I just went on Google and found a 1050 from zotac, it seems pretty nice and small, and a power supply is kinda too pricy...

You COULD go for a second-hand i5-4xxx CPU and a compatible motherboard while still using your RAM, so see how much that would cost.

If you're in the USA ^ a few good quality items that you can move over to another build when you get around to it.

Eventually you'd want to swap your mobo/cpu/ram to G4560/B250 mobo /8-16GB DDR4 min, Ideally a Ryzen 1600 would be the best move in 2017 but G4560 is great for a budget build.

I also have a x3 450 they do play some games ok but they really are more suited for office/media but old games it does ok, what hurts the x3 450 is it has no L3 cache vs the PII with L3 cache like x4 955/965.

Hm, nice, in the future I will think about upgrading it, but for now the Mobo, CPU and Ram are basically untouchable, too expensive for now...
