high fps needs fast cpu and gpu, i5/i7/i9 8xxxk+ oc with good cooling gtx 1080/2070+
will run to the $1k mark easy

Motherboard might seem expensive but X570 is compatible with next gen Ryzens that are coming later this year while B450 wont be supported for those anymore.
