1660 super good enough for high 1080p streaming?
is the 1660 super good enough to stream games such as gta v, far cry 5, or red dead 2 on relatively high settings? i was going to op out for an rx 5600 xt, but i've heard amd has been having poor drivers lately. and as for the rtx 2060 i'm not too sure if it's worth getting. any opinions?

Nope...
It share the same encoding block as the rest of the Touring family (RTX). The advertised performance impact is less than 5%, if you stream via the video encoder.
The 1660 Super is a capable 1080p card. But both, the RX 5600 XT and the RTX 2060, are better performing cards.
But I do not know how the AMD Video encoder on the RX cards performs.

AMD drivers are good as of late. Haven't had any issues with 20.1.3 (recommended, published on the 17.01.2020). All games work and no system instability caused by the graphics driver.

Since you said that you were going to get a RX 5600 XT but you decided not to because of poor drivers. just get a RTX 2060, it costs only $20 more than a RX 5600 XT and would be able to stream any of those games you listed except for RDR2 because of poor opimization.

i would say: for gaming in 1080p it is a very good deal. i guess streaming should run, too, but i dont really know.

1080p60 with current games, yes
for 144hz/fps it will take a fater cpu and gpu
