Microphone not working in Game (COD WWII COD BO2

# different headsets,( 1 USB, 2 that aren't) Mic works for steam chat, and works in no mans sky, but doen't work with WWII and BO2, In Black ops 2 you can see the level indicator move, but in game, nothing. In WWI I can watch my Windows sound properties and it shows that the mic is working, but in game, doesn't work, no one can hear me.

I've tried my account my pc
My son's account, my PC
My account my sons pc
My sons account on his pc

all the same result.

My specs are:
Ryzen 1700X
Crosshair VI Hero (wifi)
16 gig DDR4
Nvidia GTX 980
M.2 HDD
nothing overclocked

Headsets are:
Karaken USB
Corsair Vengance 1400
Tritan Kunai

Activison ambassador couldn't figure it out
Any one here jhave any ideas???
