GTX 1060 vs GTX 1060 Max Q

This is a Laptop comparison before you bombard me with get a pc, i already have one

So the Problem is that i was thinking of getting a mid range decent laptop i got my eye on the Acer Helios 300(2018) and the Dell g7

Quick specs of these two are as follows

Acer Helios 300(2018)
144hz
i7 8750H
GTX 1060 6gb
16 gigs of ram

Dell G7 15
60hz
i7 8750H
GTX 1060 6gb Max Q
16gigs of ram

Is the difference between GTX 1060 and the Max Q version significant? or is it barely noticable? Dell has great Quality and has much more greater cooling system also it has a thunderbolt 3 which i might utilize in the future,but the Acer Helios has Great 144hz screen and its 1060 isnt a Max Q the only thing that helds me back from it is its heat issue at time(From reviews) however undervolting was said to fix it

IDK if Overclocking a Max Q 1060 would be able to Stand toe to toe or even outperform a GTX 1060 ??

Any thoughts guys? both are in the same price in my place so im kind of 50\50 here im going to use it as a Video editing,Gaming and Probably 2d Game development and 3D rendering(blender)

I wouldn't go with the max q with the 60 hz screen, the 1060 6gb will perform much better and it has a 144hz screen so you can enjoy above 60fps gaming.
