Mic not working after Win 10 update
So I updated my win 10 today, once I accessed the PC again I found out my mic was not working although it was plugged in etc..

I went on reinstalling my drivers but that changed nothing, my headset in general works but the mic does not.

It's a known issue.

Windows start button > Settings (The little gear icon) > Privacy > Microphone
- Make sure both "Use microphone for apps" and "allow access to microphone" is enabled.

You should also check the Realtek control panel and make sure the microphone isn't muted there.
