4K tv white moving pixels on screen

When it’s in 1080p it’s fine but if I switch it to any form of 4K it has white pixels moving around on the screen. I’ve been trying to dabble around in nvidia control panel but nothing is working. What TV? Brand and model!
How is it connected? DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort?

Its a Hisense TV the model number is 55H6D and its connected with a pretty good HDMI cable.

this should work. the error looks like a gfx board related problem: the gfx board can't do it in 4k mode. it could be a gfx board ram trouble. if nothing works, try a new gfx board to test or RMA the gfx board. i wish you luck. i dont think your tv is broke. it could be the cable though...go test it...

I'm not sure what a GFX board is. My PC specs are GTX 1080 ti, i5 4690k, 8GB DDR3 RAM and a Evga G3 850 watt power supply.

Try lowering the tv's sharpness & maybe game mode setting if there is one.

Nvidia control panel, set color to 4444 and resolution to native. Just a guess. Good luck!

If that's a screenshot (which it appears to be) and not a picture taken with a camera, then it's the video card. It may be a game issue with the textures/models at 4k resolution.
