Everytime i play i game my CPU gets hotter

The CPU temp is at 45 when no playing games when playing games my cpu rise up the like 100 degress When Malwarebytes scans 69 degress

45c at idle is pretty warm
100c is near where most newer cpus throttle

either the room is hot or the cooler is too weak or dusty or fan may be broken or its profile is not set to go to 100% at over 80c

Clean the dust out, see if it fixes the issue.

Get a better CPU cooler and maybe you need more fans in the case or better case with better ventilation options.
If you havent changed the thermal paste on CPU for 3+ years then it`s possible that it has dried up and doesnt conduct heat as good anymore.

I Use a like a house cooling fan and use it for my cooling fan when ever its on the CPU drops to 80 dergress when playing my game

you mean Like the household fan? im using a household fan to cool my PC

just state the cpu cooler brand/model you are currently using.

You should never need to resort to such methods just to get the cpu down to 80*C

It shouldnt be going above 85, ever, even with a crappy stock cooler in the middle of summer time.

Get a better, beefier cpu cooler and better, or more Case Fans
