btw there are a lot of games that cost 0$ like path of exile or fortnite and so on...

why should he save more money for a better ryzen chip if he can sell the old chip and upgrade later if he wants to?

Its wasteful, you wont get 100% back.

He lives in Bulgaria, and his budget is barely enough to afford lower mid range specs at best.
He asks these same questions several times every other month.

if i had to save up +1 year and play no games in that time id waste that money instead but i get what you are talking about...

damn i still have a fx 8350 on asus sabertooth i traded in for a8-5600k with useless board... xD
upcoast 22 aug, 2019 @ 15:46
Ryzen 5 1600.

I'm also gaming AAA titles on my old fx8350 so I don't see the ryzen 1600 as a bad thing if that is in your budget.

Ps, i3 aka quad is done.

Then you're in really bad shape maybe start with a GPU first.

Mr Blonde 22 aug, 2019 @ 16:54

Yeah. So do what I said, and save your money.
(Then, when you can, buy a used i7-6700k, which are pretty cheap now, and a used RX 580, or something like that.)
That would be your most cost effective method.
When you're poor, don't buy stopgaps, you're only wasting YOUR money.

>But, what about if I were to re-sell the parts I buy?
Yeah, but you won't get as much return for them, because the longer you use them, the more their price depreciates, so the longer you use it, the less it's worth. Because it's getting older (and more useless.)

Honestly, save money up, it's the best way.

My plan is to get ryzen 5 1600, rx570 4gb, 2x4 8gb ram 2400hmz, etc just let u know
r.linder 22 aug, 2019 @ 17:36
2400 is too slow for Ryzen, you need 3000 MHz.
