What would be the safest/most reliable source to buy a prebuilt?
I've been through the experience of building my own pc, and for various reasons, it ended up being a negative one. I'm just looking to easily get a new gaming pc, even if that means spending some extra money.

Most major sites like iBuypower and Origin have mostly negative customer reviews, so i was wondering where i could look for a reliable (or at least most reliable) pre-built.

any pre build is oboslete man for less cash you can build something stronger you know that

No reason to shoot yourself in the foot buy buying two years old tech. You will immediately start to regret it when you try to play new AAA games with it.

I would get a local pc store that sells parts to assemble a pc from your parts list.

You can get 60fps at 1080p for about $1000 (ryzen 3600, rtx 2070 super)
Or you can buy top shelf for about $2000 (i7-9700k, rtx 2080 super)

This is trash, outdated first gen Ryzen, cheap garbage motherboard and 3 GB VRAM graphics card.
its a great pc read the reviews, the 1060 can game 1080p all titiles max! and cpu can upgrade
User reviews on such PCS are from users who have no idea what a good PC is

That is true, but last time i did that i had a part malfunction and was unable to identify the part after weeks of troubleshooting.

But that could happen with any PC , no matter who built it or where you get it from. A good store would offer warranty for the build and be able to troubleshoot such issues and replace a faulty piece of hardware.

Often times it may just be the user, based on what they are doing, installed, etc.
