Buy an laser Logithech mouse or other similar level or find other surface an pattern
And so too cheap mouse is not suitable for fast gaming - even if the sensor has the necessary sensitivity, slower processor in the mouse does not have time to process the data array.
Mouse it's a small scanner with an input field - there are ways to turn a mouse into a conventional scanner or a fingerprint
A mouse with their own software and built-in functions require additional settings in the game, double acceleration, in-game and in the mouse produces the opposite result
Wires specially made so: the basis - copper wire in the insulation of polyurethane varnish, which is wound around the fiberglass, and on top of it all - plastic insulation that hardens and breaks from direct exposure to UV light, and contact with the human body
[still used Logitech MX518 - just twice cut out broken cable]
Yea try on different surfaces, maybe even try on a piece of paper and see if it works better.
One other thing you can do is unplug the mouse look and make sure nothing is blocking the opticals view or if it is one with a clear window make sure there is nothing like oil from your fingers on it. That can mess it up.
Did you try changing the DPI level, seems that mouse has 4 levels.
Also where you plugging it in, if in the front side panel of your computer case try one on the back. The front side case USB ports can be slow.

I meant on the bottom of the mouse where the optical reader is if something is on the little clear window some mice use or if something is up in the hole where the sensor is.
Here is the link to the software for the mouse. It does not specifically say for windows 10 but will probably work for that as well if you have it.

You'll need to unzip the download of course and then run/install the software.
