i5-4460 with 10 Series GPU.
I'm considering upgrading from my GTX 950 to a 10 series GPU in the future. Will a GTX 1070 bottleneck with my current CPU?

If so, will the 6Gb version of the 1060 bottleneck as well?

You've got to look at the individual games and min fps, technically you should be comparing the GTX1070/GTX1060 6GB/Rx 580 8GB.

Depends on if your budget is care free too, personally I'd look at the Rx 580 8GB

I hardly consider hardwarecanucks review to be proper comparison. Super clocked is actually cheaper, lower clock model of EVGA despite the name. Their FTW is the better one. Guru3D or techpowerup did proper preview pitting nitro+ 580 against the MSI Gaming X+ 1060 and the result is very different. They even did manual overclocking comparison and the Nitro+ falls flat.

^ there with the revised gtx1060 and no min fps and it still tells you gtx1060 is mediocre.

And more ^.

There's nothing wrong with HWC.

I'll reiterate, depends on the game and it's always been like that.
