Graphic cards and CS:GO
Intel Core 2 Quad 2.7ghz
4gb of RAM
Graphics card is a Intel Express family chipset.

If i upgrade my graphics card to a Asus GTX610 will i be able to play CS:GO ??

There is no such thing as GTX 610, only GT 610 that is no better then CPU integrated graphics.
If you cant afford better try to find some used GTX 650 or 750.

I can only get a GT 610 graphic card , no other one so with that card can i play CS;GO

If you can't afford a different card, don't get any card at all. GT 610 is a waste of money.

Save a bit more money and get something that will actually make a difference.

Gt 610 is literally worse than integrated graphics that you have.
