Enable PaysafeCard Argentina
Why?
1 . It is accepted in Spain as a secure payment method (and other countries).
2 . PayPal Argentina requieres an international credit card for adding money t your account (other methods are not viable).
3. When buying with credit cards we have to pay a 20% tax, making the games much more expensive for us.
4. Webmoney, while being a good service, they are associated with a company that dedicate themselves to scam people (Dineromail), charging transactions in U$S twice their reall value (the charge 9.70 AR$ for 1 U$D).
5. PaysafeCard is secure, fast and charges the price that it should (5.05AR$ for 1U$D plus a 6% comission, that all the other servicies charge too).

I would like to know why Steam refuses to enable this service for my country while it is accepted by hundreads of other companies and by Steam itself for other countries. I personally don't have an international credit card (I'm 23, i have a normal credit card, that is not accepted by Steam and money transfers to use PayPal are not avaliable here). Please take this info in account and consider enabling the service here, there are a lot of people here willing to buy Steam games with this method.

EDIT: yes, this is my first post, i never felt the necesity of posting, always bought my games on retailers, but not all the games are avaliable that way and i cannot acces the Steam offers, that are what make this plattform so apealing.

PS: sorry for my English, its not my native language.

Valve would love nothing more than to take your money. If they were able to do so, I think they would have implemented it a long time ago.
But being a business decision, no-one will be able to answer your question as to why.

I'm aware they might never respond me directly on why, I just feel myself in the urge of asking, to let them know they have potential clients they are loosing to piracy (or to illegal stores that dedicate themselves to sell overpriced steam games -they buy giftcodes and resell them at around twice the real price-) because of the inconvenience for buying games here. Much thanks for your kind response, i hope people at Steam will read this thread and take the message to the people that make this decissions.

I'm waiting for the same and I hope they realize that there's no reason for not to do it.
