Notifications/Email when a soundtrack tracklist changes

Seems common for soundtracks to add more tracks over time after game updates, etc. Currently there's no good way to know if tracks have been added to a soundtrack beyond checking manually. It would be great if there was a way to receive some sort of notification if a tracklist has changed, particularly if you do not have the soundtrack installed (personally I do not keep soundtracks from Steam installed in their default folder).

Game devs can post updates for this and have it show in your What's New shelf in your library.
