Quick Disable/Enable Hiding hours played

It would be good to Hide hours played with a disable/enable on specific games. But when it comes to refunds and reviews thats the only time it will be mandatory to show hours played. for example

"posts a review" box appears "before you can post this review you have to disable hide hours"

Refund for example

"wants a refund" box appears "You have gone over or under the limit for hours" because steam will know

Reasons:

Privacy matters,
Obsessive behaviour,
Idling,

Etc

All those reasons are your personal insanity. You can control who sees your profile, so privacy is not an issue, they have medication for OCD, Idling is a non-issue.

-1 Because no-one else will want this and because 'feature bloat'.

I'd like to get the card drops instantly too but this isn't the solution.

In truth, other people have asked for something like this. Although, if they did make a way to hide your play hours it would be all or none, not game by game. Then it's just a single bit of data to keep track of.
