How can i cancel my transaction?

First things first:

I tried a new payment method that i dont know very much how it works. Clearly, i got some trouble.

So i want to cancel this transaction to open a new one with a payment method that i know how it works like paypal.

Then, I added the same item that i want to buy again into my cart but when i check out i ve got this message:

"Your transaction cannot be completed because you have another pending transaction for one or more items in your cart."

To sum up, i need to cancel my last transaction to open a new one with paypal method!

Any helps?

i was using a Brazilian Bank Payment Method but ive got an error message.... so i need to cancel to open a new one so i can pay with paypal

Two possibilities.

Go here: https://store.steampowered.com/account/ and click on Store Transactions. If there is no option there to cancel, then you will need to contact support or wait for the transaction to succeed/fail.
