\steam\userdata will contain a bunch of folders with numbered folder names. These names represent Steam IDs for each user that has logged in on your computer. Within these folders are more folders again with numbered names. This time, these folder names represent game IDs. Each folder here is a save folder for a game the user has played on the computer. Magic 2014's game ID is 213850 so that's the folder you're looking for.
If you wish, you can check if a folder is the save folder you're looking for by backing it up, deleting the original folder and loading the game to see if it starts from a new save. Be sure to replace the backups once you're done to avoid losing your save.
