Hello All,

I had problems with this error. A workaroudn i found for it was to run the program as an admin. HOWEVER, there will be an error message that pops up. If you read it, it should say "hit cancle to continue'

After hitting cancle i was able to get me games to launch again.

a few more things to try
1. update Java
2. restart computer then try to run program under admin
3. Uninstall/reinstall

Closing and restarting Steam seems to fix it for me.

(I've had this happen sometimes when I try to restart Skyrim (with SKSE) too soon after exiting, before Steam can synchronize.)
