Resident Evil 6 - Changing Language error?

I have Resident Evil 6 on Steam, and I want to play the game in Japanese, as Biohazard 6. However, when I change the game's language to Japanese in the properties menu and run the game, there seems to be no difference. All of the text is still in English. Is this an issue with anybody else trying to play the game in any other language other than English (that is offered)? I play Sonic Generations in Japanese and it works fine, and have had success with Skyrim as well (though I prefer Skyrim in English), but I'm not sure why RE6 isn't seeming to have any change at all. Help! And thanks :)
