Steam avatars showing blanks
The profile pictures show up as blanks, or as a question mark. Had this issue for a while but could never find a fix. If anyone knows one, please share.

In your friends list? Reset Steam files.

Dosen't seem to work. And its all avatar pictures, on profiles, in game, everwhere. On chrome steam gets 404 errors looking for the images. Not sure how to fix this :/
