Games not launching correctly.
I just recently got a new desktop (prebuilt) and downloaded Steam and some games onto it. I've been having problems getting the games to work. Whether I start them using the desktop shortcut or launch straight from Steam - nothing happens. Just a black screen and on Steam it says the game is running but there's nothing. I've tried everything, validating the files, running Steam as admin, even reinstalling the games. But nothing seems to work. And the weird thing is that only Elder Scrolls Online is working. The only thing I can think of is that I've owned ESO for a few years now but all the other games are new (just bought them during the black Friday sales). Can anyone help me please? I'm not very tech savvy so I'm not sure how to even fix this problem. (The new games I bought are: Split Fiction, Marvel's Spiderman Remastered, Raji, & Tales of Kenzura.)

its windows 11
which version of windows 11? 24h2 or 25h2?
prebuilt system is not good, and with normal version of windows 11 you wont be able to run many games, unless you remove at least 80% of the system files and all crap indian idiots from Microsoft have put up there.
Download minimized version of windows 11 from windows x-lite, good, stable version and minimized to max versions of windows 10 and 11, install version with Windows Defender off, disable updates, rest of it is already done by creators.

Having windows defender off is bad. It is a ok scanner for viruses and malware. I would only turn it off if there using some other viruse and malware scanning software.
I know this sounds weird but try going to task Manager and completely closing Steam then in Steam disable cloud save. Then go to task manager and close Steam again. Then Open Steam and enable cloud save.

The problem is that when I try to use Task Manager to close Steam, TM freezes and doesn't respond.
