Ghosts...Failed to Start Game (Missing Executable)

I'm running Windows 7 and when I tried to load COD: Ghosts it gives me the following error:
Failed to Start Game (Missing Executable)

So I clicked on the URL to troubleshoot:
https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=8676-EFLX-7453&l=english
Then followed these steps:

This error results from the improper delivery of necessary game files. Please follow the steps below to initiate a small download of the missing content:
Completely exit Steam.
Navigate to your Steam installation folder (~C:\Program Files\Steam)
Delete the 'appcache' folder.
Restart your computer and attempt to launch the game through Steam

After doing all that, it still does the same thing. I also Verified Game files. Also, now if I go into Black Opts II it says:
Error during initialization:
Unhandled exception caught

Everything worked before, any ideas?

Habe das gleiche Problem, bekomme das spiel nicht zum laufen, kann vielleicht wer helfen ???

Bei mir läuft es auch nicht. Auch beim Start gleich die Fehlermeldung.

Need 64bit Win 7 installed. FYI.
