Trying to find File Path for Non-Steam game assets

I have added a Non-Steam game to my library and given it assets such as a background, cover, and logo, but I do not know where or if Steam stores these assets in the files. The main reason I am looking for help with this is because I added an image for the banner that was larger than the recommended size, and the image was cropped with the quality maintained, so I'm looking for where this is stored in Steam's files.
