Unable to confirm Market Listings

I have everything set up correctly to sell items via market, and have sold items before recently.

However, my main issue that has occurred within the last few days, is the same error message: "Unable to confirm. Please try again later."

This happens when I try to confirm the listings via the Steam app. It won't give me a clear answer as to why, so that's why I'm reaching out.

Same here! Listed thousands of items with no issue with the previous app. Since they changed the app it’s all a joke now! My menu page tells me I have 9 listings to confirm (which is accurate)….But the confirmations page says ‘nothing to confirm’ (!?!!) Steam is sadly going in one direction…And it’s not upwards!

Glad I'm not the only one. Things just haven't been going as smoothly on Steam mobile for me as I'd like.
