I bought the game and put it on steam, but keep getting errors before it starts. Should I uninstall and reinstall it, and if so, how do I do it?

It says shockwave flash has stopped working

I have a silimilar problem, when I try to run CIV:BE I wind up with an error 53. Frankly to force uses to wade through a large anounts of community crap to find solutions and to provide no contactable support is highly un professional.

Almost as unprofessional as jumping in on another users thread instead of starting your own where you would most likely get more help with "solutions"....imagine that.

OP...if this thread is even still alive, can you update your flash player ?
