200 Listings Market Limit

Hello my problem is: I sent a ticket to the support of steam, because I got to 200 sales limit in a year in the market and now I can not sell anything, but I have already sent email confirming my information and my documents (confirming that I live in Brazil and not in the United States) for more than one month to the third party and none of my limit be removed .. so I sent this ticket to the support of steam and came as automatic reply: * Steam Support is unable to remove or modify restrictions on your account que Prevent you from trading or using the Community Marketplace. * (three weeks and no other answers)

I want to know what I can do, since the company in which I had to send the e-mail does not answer me, nor unlock my complete access to the market nor the support of the steam can help me.

when did you sent the additional information to them? it may take 2 months until that is verified.

I sent on the 3rd of November. How do you know that can take up to 2 months?

some dummy i know had to do the same stuff, he screamed like a chicken on mumble when it finally got accepted and he said "that took 2 months" like 100 times.
