Problem in invite friends

Hi, I bought CS : GO to play with friends , and here there is a problem . I can not invite anyone to your friends when you want to send the invitation displays a message that I do not have full powers and I have to buy the game . Please, quick help on your part greet. (Google translate)

My guess is you bought a CD key on a third party site. You will need to buy something else on Steam (even an item within CS:GO will work) in order to unlock all of the features of Steam.

Completing a microtransaction or charging your Steam wallet works as a purchase too.
All require spending money on Steam naturally.

Otherwise only if somebody gifts you a game. Market will be still locked though, but you can send invites and level up.
