Adding new friends
Hi. I am new to steam. I have added my account and have been playing games. I have tried to add some of my friends but keep getting an error message. It says "Error processing request. Try again." Not sure what to do.

Next time use the search feature. I told today this at least to 10 people.

You have a limited account - level 0. You need buy a game directly from Steam Store to lift the restriction.
