Can't proceed to checkout
Trying to buy the level 50 compendium, click to go to checkout in the dota client, it loads then back to the shopping cart page.
Tried via dota2.com the page goes white and nothing happens.
Tried pre adding funds to steam account so that wasn't the issue, same...
Tried waiting 12 hours, same...
Tried on another computer, same...
Tried on a different account both via dota client and via dota2.com again ..... same ♥♥♥♥.
What is this? Why won't this simple action of buying an item work? I'm handing you money here Valve..... TAKE IT! :P

Found a fix that worked for me and my mate;
Use internet explorer and go via dota2.com

other browsers (chrome and firefox) didn't work, atleast for us.....
