Then you won't ever get to trade... Buy any game in the store and activate Steam Guard for 15 days if you want to trade.

The cheapest game on steam is currently 19p. If you buy that and wait a month you should have access to the marketplace.

not really,i am buying his account today,by the way,even if he tricks me and takes my Money,i can easily call his mother to ground him,and ill go to his house to kick his butt real hard and steal his account,he knows me.by the way,i will only give him 3$,thats not worth a thing.so that wont be a problem at all.true i am A F2P,but i didn't say that i don't have credit card ;)
