Steam Suspended Account?

I'm wanting to clear up how Steam takes action on "suspending". So I have a friend that got suspended from her steam and I've been looking up any type of reason why. It could not have been fraud, bank disputes, or hacking. Her account has bought one game and its Garry's Mod, but it was with a Prepaid Visa Card and nothing less. The card is long gone since it cannot be reloaded. She bought this game on the Christmas of 2014. So, nothing that has to do with bank or steam funds. I'm thinking its when someone tried to log onto a computer that was hers and logged into their (not her's) account and tried to play Garry's Mod. Although it asked for her permission, he closed out of it. So I gifted him Garry's Mod and he played it on the same computer she played her Garry's Mod on. Is that why she got suspended? Don't even say "contact support". She already has and has been waiting for a long time.
