Failed purchase - 'An unexpected error has occurred.'
Tried buying GTA5 with my VISA debit card, I get the following error message:
'An unexpected error has occurred. Your purchase has not been completed. Please contact Steam Support.'
Triple checked all the card information is correct, retried purchasing multiple times all week, steam support being very slow... any help?

I've indeed left a support ticket but three days in no sign of reply.

I'm having the same issue, steam support is very slow to reply. Hopefully we can resolve this soon
