i want to connect a ps3 or ps4 controller to gta, sa, vice city and 3 ive got a mac how?

what i need is in the title if someone can help me id be really grateful also my friend sent me this like http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=24272 and he said download it and drop it into the game folder but i cant even find the game folder im a rookie compared to computers so if someone can run me through this step by step that would be appreciated i just want to play the game with a controller

i want to connect a play station controller onto my computer to play gta sa, 3 and also vice city i was just wondering how to do it? and my friend said to download a mod and drop it into the games file how do i do that aswell?

You need special software for that. I think you should buy a gamepad that just works with the PC. Isn't "just works" something you like on consoles? Do you really want to dwell into tweaking stuff?

I use a cronusmax, it makes the PC think an Xbox 360 controller is connected even though you are using a Dualshock 3 or 4. www.cronusmax.com

Except that for the price if that, you can get a gamepad that is directly supported and still have money left.

True but it does a lot more than just make your controllers work. I can use an XB1, 360, PS3, PS4 or Wii controller on my XB1, 360, PS3, PS4, PC and my andriod phone. Plus it also turns it into a modded controller so it gives me things like turbofire and anti recoil.

I was unsure at first when I got one. Now I just wish I had picked one up sooner. I like it so much that I have 8 of them now just because I am lazy and can't be bothered to move one around between all my consoles/pc's :D

can someone tell me im actually worried now that i cant even do that i just paid $30 bucks for all 3 of the games and im pretty much regretting it

I still suggest buying a proper PC gamepad. You should however ask in the Steam for MacOS forum.

A gamepad that's made to work with PCs. Like the XBox 360,gamepad or the Logitec 310.
