What happens if i use 100% Network
Basically my computer has been getting a blue screen when a try to download a game. What i have discovered that during the download process, my task manager shows that i'm using 95-98% Network, which i assume is pretty bad. I came to the conclusion that my computer must be crashing when it reaches 100%. Also my download on steam would automatically pause itself.

Anyway i have restricted my downlaod limit on steam, my Network is at 60% and so far there is no blue screen and the download does not keep pausing.

Was high network usage the reason for the blue screen and the download pausing ?

Could be a faulty Network Adapter or Driver.
Try installing the latest available Driver for your Network Adapter.
What Motherboard you have? If it's a Laptop, which model?

How do i install the latest driver for my Newtork Adapter ? I'm in an apartment, so i'm not in charge of all the internet stuff.
Not sure what my motherboard is. But no problems with other things downlaoding.

Network Adapter is the Wired or Wireless LAN Device in your machine.
It's software driver may be outdated or have issues, so you update it and see if that helps.
Are you using Wired or Wireless connection from the troubled system?
