Steam region lock

Hello to all

Let me start by saying that I'm 36 years old and live in kuwait.
now my problem with the region lock,is that there are games that are hidden from me ( far cry4, GTA series,max pyne series and so on ) from different publishers.

after digging out I've found that they are banned in UAE, but it's treated being handle as a ban for the whole middleeast, I came to steam cause it was hassle free and a trusted source for buying games.

why they don't make a seperate region for UAE like Germany, as all the games I mentioned are sold here in the shops, but some that are old are hard to find.

some are saying I could ask someone to gift it to, but why should I and why should they trust me.

is there a way to clarify with steam and get the games I want or am I screwed because of another country's decision that's unrelated to me.

as far as I know steam support cant unlock you games that are regional locked in the country you are, thats simply not how it works

Steam Support can only remove a subscription without refund
After that you can buy in another region
When handling attach proof of ownership in the first query and select the request to delete the subscription.
Warning! If this subscription was bundled with other, then support remove the entire set!

I tried changing the region but it's needs a credit card from the same region, I'm puzzled why would steam implement the rules of one country like UAE on all the countries of the middle-east,.

they are losing sales on many games on more than nine countries because of one, wouldn't be easier to seperated from the other ones like it did with Germany and europe?
