i cant play games with my brother on steam??
he made a family account so i can play his games on our family computer because he got a new one and we were going to play gmod together but we cantt??

No, a shared library may only be accessed by one user at a time.

Yes Bloolight is right you both cant play it at the same time and a shared account... Only 1 at a time.
