Rarely open game list from tray icon become black.

Please forgive my grammar because I'm not a native English speaker.

So, I have a issue that is when I right click the steam tray icon to launch a game, the steam right click list rarely become black color and I am not able to do anything from it, but it always fixed by itself if I right click the tray icon again.

This is not always happen and seems no harm, so I just want to ask about the reason of this issue, does anyone has the same issue only, of course I want to fix it if I can.
